3 Scenarios with the same name show in Career or Standard

I see that I have the same name for 3 scenarios in ScaleRail Marias Pass route in Career or Standard. My question is that how do I remove two same names out and leave one in and don't need all 3 same name scenarios?

Use RWTools and just delete two of them.
