Every time I try to make a quick drive consist my game loads to 99% before crashing each time. I don't know what the problem is, but it's really bugging me. Could someone help me out here? *!!thnx!!*

No, I meant creating a quick drive consist in the menu:
Menu.JPG

When I try to make a consist using this, it crashes at 99%.

Do you mean with the QD Custom Editor?
It is fully unstable. It crashes frequently.
I got this recipe from someone in Steam and never ever has failed again. I published the procedure here in RWA some time ago:
http://railworksamerica.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=16967&p=194178&hilit=How+to+save+a+consist+for+multple+scenarios%3F#p194178

The problem is that loading it, once you clean cache, is slow like a snail, specially when you have too many assets, because the editor will load all of the assets you have.
Once this is done you can create as many consists (with at least a loco) as you wish "per session".
I have made consists beyond 100 vehicles many times.

Thanks, I'll try that out now.

It's getting faster, but still crashes at 99%.

That happens to me a lot around 86%, sometimes I see an error message about a file not being found, mostly it just crashes. I tried the solution posted above and it helps but for some reason isn't 100% effective for me. I just keep trying until it works or I get fed up and load a scenario.

I hope you did not skip anything in the instructions.
Otherwise it is possible there is not a solution. You may have one or more assets corrupted and makes the editor crashing.
The custom editor consists are stored in the ConsistTemplates.bin file located in Content. Sometimes that file is the source for the corruption. Save the file somewhere and delete it from Content folder and see if you can make it work. If it keeps failing then you have one or more corrupted assets. It is most likely that a corrupted asset will crash a consist made as well in the Build Editor.

Does it consistently get to 99% regardless of the length of the train you are creating?

Am I going to have to go digging through my assets trying to figure out what assets are corrupt?
