Anyone seen this one? Before you give an answer, just know that the Cache has already been cleared and verified, and these files have been deleted and re-downloaded from Steam.

Let me also add to that that I can use a copy of the Editor that I have backed-up from 9/16. But, if I try to copy that into the current Railworks folder, it throws the same exception.
