hello. Does anyone know what ts 2016 file houses all the global controls for the game such as default horn, wipers etc...

no im looking for where DTG wrote the script for their wiper effects. where is all the global scipting housed? what file like gamemanager.dll? etc...

I would assume its in a lua but the game doesnt use a lua to house the core functions. its probably in a .dll string

where do i find wiper animation?
