I just installed both of these, in order, and everything works except for the giant square "missing texture" box spinning around on top of my locomotive... Any known fix to this?

Also just noticed that the locomotive is playing two separate bell sounds, both the frisco and WV repaints do this. any solution?

If memory serves the RWA RS-1 doesn't have a beacon.

Supposedly the frisco model includes one, I checked the files and there is a texture file for the beacon but for whatever reason it doesn't register in game. Also don't understand the whole "two bells playing" thing.

Do you have a texture in your engine folder...........StrobeOrange.TgPcDx? And do you have a strobe.ban in the engine file?

Yes I have both and they're where they're supposed to be.

Sorry I can't help you any further. That's what I have and it works. No idea what the problem might be.
