Hello, does any one know how or what horn to use for RSC BNSF/BN GP-38. I know how to change PROXYSML files, so i'm not really why different horns aren't working.

Try using the K3LAs or RS3K present in the Oovee 40 series pack.

Is there something in one of the files that needs to be edited in the PROXYXML or Horn Sound bin. If someone knows a place that explains this area of editing more further please respond.

I did, I submitted it to DTG a couple years ago or something like that.
I'll have an entirely new GP38 sound pack as soon as I'm done with the D9s.
