That was the beginning of simulation on the route of Marias Pass. I am not sure what exactly caused this problem. Anyway thought that I should post the screenshot here and maybe you can tell me exactly what is the actual problem with this. The scenario is [ S54 ] Dark Morning - P1. Also there is another scenario with the same name but P2. I have not touch this yet. Anyway here is the screenshot below: Thank you, John

Was this after a fresh boot, or had your PC been on a while? If the latter, TS has some memory issues which might have caused the above.

No and my desktop was on for a while so I think that I should reboot this and see if that makes a difference.

That looks like a graphic card issue:
Does it work outside TS2016 ie when any other program runs?
If you close TS2016 does it now display normally?
What does dxdiag display?
So could be:
Card on its way out"?
Card overheating - get rid of the dust on it?
Card not seating correctly perhaps - re-seat if possible.
Driver conflict?

Hello everyone here in this forum,

Finally got this strange thing fixed. It's nothing to do with my graphic card as I thought of at first. Because I have tried again and again as suggested by another member of this forum. I decided to send a support ticket to DoveTail Games and was surprised to see the ticket reply soon than I thought later. The person suggested to me to run " Verify integrity of Game Cache " and need 1,117 files reacquired to fix the problem. Wow I was very surprised to see with 1,117 files need to download. I am not sure what happen with my program of Train Simulator. Anyway it's fixed now and can run any scenario that I picked to simulate.

Thank you,

John
