Help with Donner Pass Upgrades

I want to install Eric W's (Ericmopar) Donner Pass Upgrade Phase 1 and 2, however he lists a requirement for "Classic American Assets". Much as I have searched, I can't locate this download. If someone would please point me toward where I can acquire "Classic American Assets" I would most appreciate it.

Or Cajon Pass also includes the same original Kuju assets.

Also, a person doesn't need both phase one and two, since phase 2 includes the original work.

I'm currently reworking sections from Alta through Blue Canyon. It's really supposed to be "side hill railroading" and my terrain shaping skills are much better than they used to be.
That will get released sometime in the future.
