Soldier Summit Headlight Issue

Hello, I created a Free Roam scenario for the Soldier Summit and when I start the scenario, the headlights on the D&RGW SD40T-2 no driver helpers will not turn off. The same thing happens with the ones with a driver in them. Any help would be appreciated.
