Can someone help me decode this error message please?

i'm trying to make Lua Scripts for my scenarios using Luacreator and i keep getting this one error message on a lot of my scenarios on different routes. Here is the message i keep getting: Cannot read ScenarioProperties.xml Value of '6' is not valid for 'Value'. 'Value' should be between 'minimum' and 'maximum'. Parameter name: Value. Now where the 6 is it will either be 5 or 6. If someone could tell me what this error message means and how to fix it I would greatly appreciate it.
