missing couplers eyein12 product

I am relatively new at this,I purchased from eyein12 US Railworks SD60,SD60f,SD60M and I also downloaded some rolling stock addons from this from site.Problem is they have no couplers,so I am assuming its an .AP file but don't know how to access where to download once it has been accessed.I just purchased windows 10 and that's when the problem started,it worked fine with my win7.I totally cleared all my downloads in my packager etc. and re downloaded everything including steam/TS2015,and still couplers don't appear.any help would greatly appreciated.I am running windows10 64bit,Intel-core i5-4690k,CPU3.5 GHZ,16.0GB RAM,NVIDIA GeForce GTX960.
Thankyou

Hi there,

Ian's locos don't come in .ap files, they use the standard folder structure, so they are quite easy to tweak and troubleshoot. How long ago did you download the locos, and did you notice the coupler problem right away?

Last thursday Ian added a new coupler type to his page for free for his existing products. I wonder if that may have something to do with it. Try installing the file from here: http://eyein12.blogspot.ca/2015/12/new-couplers.html

I don't know how old Ian's locos are, but they may also draw on the old "default" couplers in the Kuju folders. If a person doesn't have those then the couplers wouldn't be there.

Thank you for your input..I installed them about 4 days ago,and one other thing I noticed is that the SD60's (SOO) loaded just fine, but the CN,UP,SD60's and CN SD60f"s did not have the couplers, the (SD60's SOO and UP are on the same download)and yet the SOO loaded fine and the UP did not?Am at a loss, although the one input (thankyou) said the file being used may be an old one,and is not recognized by Kuju(is there an update for Kuju?).Am at a loss. Also tried the new coupler download at eye12 worked on the SOO but not the others?
Thank you
