F40PH-2CAT cab

Am I loosing my mind, or is there an issue with the cab on the F40PH-2CAT? I seem to have a different in cab view than what is advertised.....

Ok I have run these engines in real life. Your second photo is how it should be. The NJT Diesels (F40PH-2CAT and the GP40PH-2) do not have a dynamic brake handle. These units have blended braking and no use for a separate handle. Only the 4300 GP40-2's and the converted passenger units have a dynamic brake handle. !!*ok*!!
