RailDriver Macro Works not working with Windows 10

When I try to launch Macro Works under windows 10, I get an error message, and have to either ignore or abort. In either case when I try RailDriver with TrainSimulator 2016, it does not work.

Have you tried running it in Compatibility Mode?

Right click on the .exe, and open the Properties menu item.
There is a compatibility tab where you can select a previous version of Windows. Windows XP or 7 seem obvious choices for older programs like this.

I just finished trying running Macroworks in compatibility mode with Windows 7, and I did not get any error messages. However after launching TS2016, the RailDriver still did not work.
