GP50 BNSF - Alameda Exit Career Scenario

Unread postby OlPaint » Thu Sep 10, 2015 8:50 pm

I have been attempting to successfully run the Career Scanario "GP50 BNSF - Alemeda Exit" that came bundled with the DTM GP50 BNSF Heritage package sold by Trains and Drivers. I fail every time to get past the double red dwarf signal on the West Hobart Main 1 that protects the switched lead to Hobart Yard West Lead on the route to Hobart Yard Track #3858 and a successfully completion of the scenario. Pressing the TAB key multiple times to request clearance past the double red dwarf signal fails to get me permission to pass. The scenario haults immediately when I pass the double red dwarf.
What am I missing?

If it is the scenario I think it is try doing a save at that point then restart the scenario by pressing the resume button.

Hi
Its problem to Signal. Move the junctions and press TAP Until you obtain permission from pass.
Sorry for the inconvenience

After spending several minutes fiddling with the junctions in the Hobart Yard and requesting clearance past the double red dwarf signal with the TAB key after each switch change (as suggested), I finally got clearance to pass the double red dwarf. I immediately got hit with a late penalty of minus 400+ points that killed all my perfect 500 timeliness points to that point in the scenario when I stopped just past the dwarf signal. I got another late penalty of minus 400+ points when I stopped in the Hobart Yard Track #3858 destination. I did finally finish the scenario with a success ruling but I lost all my points due to late penalties that I might have earned for the record.
