Steam Workshop browser window problem

As of a few days, I cannot seem to select Workshop scenarios anymore using the Steam browser (the one that load when you fire up Steam)
There seems to be problem with dark transparent layer that has the Valve logo at the top and some legal disclaimers at the bottom.
It lies over the Workshop items, making them unclickable, no matter how I resize the browser window.

Probably a html error on the part of Steam.

Is anybody else also having this?

Yes me and a friend are having this issue but have found that while on that screen if you click on browse just above the scenario screenshots and choose items you will get a view you can use
