Update Problem

Unread postby slick204 » Fri Jul 03, 2015 8:48 pm

Well, it looks like my TS2015 is completely messed up. I started Steam this evening and it wanted to update Railworks but after installing it, it started validating (is that the same as verifying?). It is now in a loop of validate, update, install, validate,... I've cleared the cache, verified (in case it was different) and unsubscribed from the last scenario I added. Nothing works. I can't run the program even going into offline mode.

Is there anything else to try? I would really hate to have to delete everything and start over.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You could try this. Shut down Steam and delete the appcache folder from your Steam folder. A new one will be made when you start TS.

Thanks for the replies. I started up steam today and it went through the whole update routine again and this time it worked. !*don-know!*

Just one of those things, I guess!
