Sherman Hill SW10 Repaint

Sherman Hill SW10 Repaint

I'm attempting to repaint the Sherman Hill SW10 and for some reason the repaint doesn't want to show up in the locomotive list...I've done everything I usually do when making a repaint, is there something unusual about this model, perhaps something in the .bin file that must be changed?
