Fixing an issue with a turntable

Hello,

I have been using the Sherman Hill Laramie turntable in a route that I am building, and it has caused nothing but problems for me from the get-go. Every time I tried to delete it, the game crashed. It is to the point that now I can't even get in to the editor to try to get rid of it without the game crashing. Is there a way to delete the turntable from the outside? I have RW Tools installed...
