Multiple Horns on Kuju ES44

I know the process of putting different horns on different liveries of the same loco(I do it all the time with the Dash 9 when I get new reskins and such) but when I do it for the Kuju ES44AC it doesn't work, like when I drag an xml over serz it won't update the bin file. Does anyone know why? I got several UP, CSX and other skins of this loco and they could each use their own horn if possible.

Did you check the properties of the bin file to make sure it isn't a read only. I find that all the time (head slap) change it to read write and away I go.
