How to install phase 3 amfleets?

I have had trouble with this repaint since i installed it. I'm trying to get the Phase 3 Amfleets so my F40PH's would be right at home on the PS but when ever i install these cars don't show up.

The phase 3 amfleets im referring to are the ones in this pack: http://railworksamerica.com/index.php/d ... e-repaints

I copy the GEOPCDX files to the proper location but they STILL wont show up.

Is there any fix for this?
