Ohio CSX Route

I just D/L'd from the library and installed this route and selected the only Freeroam scenario to start the ball rolling. Loading the scenario brought up a missing assets window saying that I was missing two cars, an MP Tank Car Silver and an MP Double Door Box. The instructions said that all assets were drawn from the Horseshoe Curve route, which I have.
I then loaded a Standard scenario Columbus to Pittsburgh and was presented a winter landscape with no ESS44AC (the listed engine in the menu). Actually, there were no engines at all of any types, or consists or static freight cars. Just wondering what I have missed doing here.

I download it and check it out. MP Tank Car Silver and an MP Double Door Box. MP means it's from Marias Pass Route.

Thanks. I don't have Marias Pass. I would hope the author amends his instructions.

I checked it out. There is a consist inside of a consist on that freeroam. Easy fix in the editor. I would suggest to just make a new freeroam scenario.

I've added to the download page a readable version of the Readme.rtf included in the route file:
Route name: Ohio CSX route
GUID: 6911190F-A9DB-41B6-B6E2-876B464DEED9
This is a freeware route and scenarios for the Railworks train simulator.
................................................................................................................................................
This is a fictional route I wrote using the Horseshoe Curve route template running about 84 miles long from Mt Vernon Ohio to Fredricktown Ohio. There is a total of 10 scenarios written for this route listed as follows:
1- A long haul
2- Central Ohio shipping
3- Columbus to Fontonia
4- Columbus to Pittsburg
5- Columbus to Toledo freight
6- Columbus to Walbridge freight
7- Early bird express (passenger service)
8- Free roam
9- Last train out
10- Pittsburg to Toledo
11- Ridgeway Ohio to Mingo WV.
12- The longest day
13- Tri state shipping
................................................................................................................................................
Asset list
Must own Horseshoe Curve route to play.
Some Sherman Hill assets are used.
Some Maria's Pass rolling stock is used in some scenarios. Any missing assets can be swapped out using Mike Simpson's RW-Tools program.
................................................................................................................................................
Installation instructions:
Unpack the rar file to some temporary folder, then use the inckuded RW_RouteSetup.exe program to install. Or, manually drag the Assets and Content folder to your Railworks folder.
................................................................................................................................................
This is a revision of the original uploaded d&rrrv3 route which didn't run correctly. This version should play correctly now.
I hope you enjoy playing my scenarios and if you have any questions contact me at bulljose /at/ yahoo /dot/ com

Jose, does this route replace the "REVISED VERSION D&Rrrv3" that we have in the file library?

I think so. I was going to delete the other one.

I am finding bugs in this version. Pretty good scenery job but I think if Bull had turned it over to a beta tester before releasing it, a lot of the bad stuff could have been caught and fixed. Too late now... I give it 3 stars.

For some reason, I'm seeing this in many new routes. While I'm extremely thankful for the new routes offered, take some time and let a few users go from A to Z, check the sidings, run in different weather conditions, and give it a once over. I've tested several routes over the past few years, and a few pointers here and there have guaranteed a smooth running route for all to enjoy.
Keep up the great work, and thanks.
