Reinstalled TS2015 and still no sound.

Well that did not help!
Yesterday I reinstalled TS2015 to see if my sound would work again. This took many hours because the Steam site kept timing out and I would lose my connection.
Finally the procedure finished and I started up TS 2015 and still no sound
Now I guess I will install this game in my laptop. After reading more about this on the Steam forum one guy said the game won't install in another computer because Steam says it's already being used on another machine.
I thought you could use the game in any of your computers?
Can someone tell me if I can transfer or load the game in another computer?
And if I have to delete the game from this computer first.

No you can have it on more than one machine at a time. Steam might tell you for security reasons you have to put a code in which they will e-mail you but having more than one copy is just fine.

That will work out fine for me. I will at least be able to run TS 2015.
Been trying to solve this problem for about a week now.
I don't want to buy any payware because I'm thinking it won't load up or work for me right now.
