I'm not having that issue but when I clone a route it comes up blank, no scenery, track, or textures. Run the logmate application in the railworks folder then clone a route and see what comes up.

Have you tried more than one route?

Are you able to actually load any of those three routes in the first place?

The logical thing to do when you have corrupted files is to verify local cache in the Steam client.
