GO transit F59PH not showing

I need some help. I have done everything as per the read me to install the GO F59PH. However, when I click on the locomotive on the flyout, it doesn't show at all. Anyone know how to fix it? Thank you in advance

Okay, lets work on the GO Transit F59PH, because we should be on the same topic.
* Note, I have gotten it to work however there's an issue with the Sound and we should raise that with the author of the repaint.

1. Create a backup of your F59PHPack01Assets.ap, and put some where safe.
For an example a USB Flash Drive

2. Go to http://www.7-zip.org/ and download this free UnZip Program.
- It is free and more faster that Winzip

3. Navigate to your Steam\SteamApps\Common\Railworks\Assets\RSC\F59PHPack01
- Double click on F59PHPack01Assets.ap and extract all the contents using the 7Zip Program.

4. Extract the contents of GO Transit F59PH.rar
- Put them into a temporary folder or keep the contents in a temporary folder.
- Follow the instructions as indicated in the install.txt

5. The most important step is here:
- You have the F59PH GO Transit folder with all the GeoPcDx files after following the instructions in the text document.

6. Take the F59PH GO Transit Folder and put it in:
Steam\SteamApps\Common\Railworks\Assets\RSC\F59PHPack01\RailVehicles\Diesel\
- Note there is another folder F59PH that is the default one, you should not touch it anymore
* You should be able to fire up and Add GO Transit as a Locomotive

Well I cannot get the Sound to work properly with the F59PH GO Transit.
- I have the default F59PH and all the sounds work fine with the LA Commuter Pack, its just for this re-paint some of the sounds don't exist.

The only sounds there are:
- Notch 1 thru 8
- Bell and Horn

Missing sounds:
- Reverser moving forward or backwards (The Engine) makes this sound.
- Idle
- Start up
- Shutdown
