Hi RWA,

I have been working on a major computer crash !*not-ok*! and trying to recover all my stuff. It is successful so far !!*ok*!! but may take a few weeks. !*hp*! I lost about 700 Gigs of data. I am still around but dealing with computer issues. Once i am back up and running I will update you all on my route and other work. Wish me luck!!

I got my hard drive and it crashed!!! **!!bang!!** **!!bang!!** **!!bang!!** !*hp*! !*hp*! I am just having bad luck. I lost soo much stuff this time. Western Digital sent me a re certified hard drive that lasted 6 DAYS!!!!

I had 1 more backup of my game so I got really lucky. The new drive won;t even spin up. I will keep the community informed. Please wish me luck.

Total bummer.
Check your power supply voltages - especially under load.

Yeah, I'm thinking along with Spanky here. Check the PSU, try another known good one if you can. Or see if the drive works in another PC.

My PSU is fine. I put a volt meter to it and I am getting all it can give. I did hook it up to another computer too. Thanks for your suggestions. I am a IT pro for 15 years so trust me I did every troubleshooting idea out there. Returning anything PC related I hate to do it. I refuse sometimes to throw anything out cause sometimes I have had stuff work after sitting around for a while.
