Clear Cache deleting All Scenario Checkmark Data

Unread postby MontanaRails » Tue Sep 09, 2014 10:19 pm

Has anyone ever experienced the "clear blueprint cache" button deleting all the green checkmarks for all scenarios? It's actually modifying the SDBCache.bin file to mark them all as not completed.

RW never did that on my Windows 7 machine either. I'm now (sadly) on Windows 8.1.

Luckily I keep backups of backups so it's easy to restore. But I guess I cant hit that button anymore unless it's a dire emergency.

Yeah, I ran into the same issue. Worst case scenario (pun intended), a "Verify Integrity" will bring them back. I just manually delete the blueprints now.

It is quite possible, that would explain the last few times I lost them.
Usually I don't use this button, I just DEL *.PAK /S

Now I make a backup of SDBCache.bin every few days, when this happens I restore the checkmarks using this trick.

I like that Chacal! Very cool. Thanks for the tip! !!*ok*!!

From now on I'll do the same when it comes to deleting .pak files.
