Cannot find NS coal district in RW tools

As the title implies, I can't seem to get RSC's new route the NS Mon Line (Coal District) to show up in the RW Tools program. Has anyone else had this problem? The reason I want to modify the route is to switch out the locos with replacements that have better braking physics. Any help would be great! Thanks!

Just extract the AP file with 7zip or similar and RWtools will see it.
