What happened to the checkmarks when I already completed a Scenario?

Hi, I just found out that even though I played the NY-NH tutorials for the HHP and ACS, and vermonter rescue, but somehow the checks disappeard. How can i fix? This also applies to London-Faversham scenarios

Did this happen straight away or some time after you played them?

After installing the ACS physics mod by FanRailer. The achievements still remain.

I'velooked at this mod and it can't possibly have caused this. Probably a coincidence.
If you have one or several backups of your Railworks installation, it is possible to restore the green tick marks.
