Do you have any third party DLC installed with the route? If it's not come from Steam, then Steam can't verify it, in which case you'd need to reinstall it using the DLC's own installer.

Funny thing also is that the last scenario I saved works when I load it, but I still can't access the Career or Standard Scenarios tabs without it crashing.
Oh, what does "Delete Local Content" do, does it uninstall everything and make everything reinstall again?
P.S. All tabs in the Drive menu work accept Career and Standard
