Repaint problem in reverse!

I am having so many problems trying to download and install repaints from the repaint files it's driving me a little crazy.
I don't think my computer is not working properly, but I must have some settings set wrong.
My latest problem is this. Yesterday I downloaded the engine repaint of the Southern Railroad SW 1200. I folowed the instructions in the readme file extracted the file everything is going fine and I get the message your files are loaded.
Now I start railworks go to the route editor select edit scenario pick out my normal test track route scenario that I use to run the repaint on and see if everything worked the way it should.
I navigate to the engine I just downloaded and voila there it is. Now I load it on the track and everything looks very good. I now give it a driver hit run route command railworks starts up and now I'm looking at two couplers on the track with NO! engine showing.
It's like railworks has it in for me:)

I have no problems with any payware engines or rolling stock, YET.

Thanks,
Bob

Please answer these;

1) What version of windows are you running?

2) Please provide the full path to where the newly installed Southern Railroad SW 1200 repaint is on your computer. (ie: C:\users\Bob\Steam\Steamapps\Railworks\...\...\... etc.)

3) What is the name of the loco you are putting on the tracks (the actual name that is typed in on the left scenario flyout)?

I think you're going to continue to have problems until you spend some time organizing your computer. Keeping the thousands of files for this game straight and in the right place is a big job for each of us. Despite what some installation instructions may have told you, your desktop is not a good "dumping ground" for everything you download. Unzip products into temp folders that are either empty or created solely for that product. Unzipping dozens of products onto your desktop mixes files/versions and creates a mess that no one here can decipher for you. Keep in mind that these products are downloaded by many others (100+ on the coal hoppers) and they install fine for 99% of the folks. That should tell you that you have a problem with your pc or file system or methods. Unzipping stuff to your desktop is a bad method that creates a bad file system creating a bad pc. We are happy to help when we can but when a petitioner has a cluttered-up system, people are reluctant to help because it takes a lot of time and we get no results. Take some time out now and clean up your pc.

Has anyone else had this issue with the Southern Railway SW1200?

Yes and haven't taken the time to look at it yet.

I have the old default SW1200. That's probably the problem.

I actually get the same problem when I try to run Jessie's CSX C36-7i locomotive. I haven't bothered trying to install it again... !*don-know!*
