Blimey! That's an incredible discount. I doubt if they can even cover their own costs at that price. Let's hope it works and thousands of people buy it today.

Thanks for the heads up! Count me as one that's buying it. Is there a way to find out what items are all on these "flash" sales?

Still a couple of hours left to get the whole Steam Edition of TS2014 for $9.89. That will include Donner Pass, London to Faversham, Sheerness Extension, and Hamburg to Hanover plus SP SD70M. A great deal even if you only want ONE of those items! (I just bought it purely to get Hamburg to Hanover)

They're practically giving it away! I'm buying it (even if it makes me feel guilty to pay so little).

This is what we used to call the “fast nickels vs. slow dimes” marketing approach.

I backed up my entire Steam folder to an external HD and then purchased TS-2014 Steam version with about 10 minutes left in the sale. Loaded up the game and all DLC was there and there were no problems running any of the new items. Maybe they were able to correct the problem before the sale ended?

Did you have to click "Install" at any time, or just "Play"?

I was given the option to install remotely because I was logged on to Steam via a web browser when I made the purchase. However, when I clicked on the link that explained what that meant I couldn't get back to the screen with the install options, though in the past when I've done this DLC has automatically downloaded and installed via the Steam client app on my desktop. I think it must've downloaded automatically again in this case because my Steam folder went from 14.5 GB in size to almost 17 GB.
