Okay.
So you have a brand new computer and a fresh load of TS2014.
Do not connect to Steam.
1. Go into your computer and delete: Assets\RSC\GP38-2BnPack01\RailVehicles\Diesel\GP38-2\CSX_MOW.
2. Delete your current downloaded copy of the CSX MoW and CSX YN3 and anything else you may have previously downloaded for the CSX MoW.
3. Goto
http://www.railworksamerica.com/index.php/download-library/engine-repaints?view=document&id=1325:csx-gp38-2-pack&catid=18:engine-repaints and download it to your desktop.
4. Unzip the newly downloaded CSXGP38.zip. If you are not 100% sure how to unzip a file then STOP here and ask someone.
5. You should now have a new folder called CSXGP38.
6. Inside the new folder you will find four items. Two of them end in .jpg, one ends with .rwp, and one with .txt.
7. Forget about the ones that end in .jpg. We won't be using those now.
8. Close the new CSXGP38 folder.
9. Open your Railworks folder and scroll down until you see a file called Utilities.exe. Double click on it.
10. This will open a new window titled Train Simulator Utilities. You will also see several tabs on the top left of the window.
11. Click on the Package Manager tab, then find the Refresh button and click on that.
12. Now wait (and wait, and wait) until the left side of the window populates.
13. Now click on the Install button on the right and navigate to the folder you unzipped called CSXGP38 on your desktop, and open that.
14. Double click in the file called CSXGP38.rwp. It should begin installing.
15. When it is finished installing, close the Train Simulator Utilities window.
16. On your desktop, open the unzipped folder called CSXGP38 and click on the file called Readme.txt.
17. Follow the instructions exactly.
18. Start the Railworks game and click on the Build button and select a route and a scenario to edit.
19. When that loads, enable RSC \ GP38-2BnPack01
20. When placing the MoW engine, it is called EMD GP38-2 CSX_MOW.
That should fix you. If you don't understand or know how to do any part of these instructions, STOP and ask. Don't assume something because that may be where the problem is.
