gp38 still not showing

Every picture i try no matter how much i try to crop it down in size is not fitting when i try to upload it to my profile avatar

Your avitar must be no larger than 100 x 100 pixels and no larger than 15K. Take the picture you want and import it to MS paint and resize it there. Then save it as a .jpg. You will then be able to use it here. My avatar is a picture of my mother.
