To clear the Blueprint cache please follow these steps:
Open Train Simulator 2013 to the Main Menu
Click on Game Settings
Click on the Tools
Click Clear Cache
Once complete please re-check Train Simulator 2013 to see if your problem persists.
"re-check" means verify the integrity of the game files, so that Steam will attempt to redownload and reinstall any missing files. Might be worth a try.
