If you believe that you have thrown away $20.00, then you will have nothing to lose if you delete your railworks subfolder from your steam folder. Once you have deleted the railworks folder, go back to steam and verify railworks. If you have a legitimate copy of the game then all of the railworks files should download into your computer. It will take time as Steam only downloads at 2mb a second.

I'll give that a try.

I wonder how that happened?

I spent several hours last night with Matt from RSC, proving beyond all doubt that there is a problem with the downloads. It affects the Connie, Class 465, Class 31, BR Standard 2MT and PRR Alco RS11. What we don't know yet is where the fault lies, with Valve Steam or with RSC. At least now it's become a top priority for them, so you can expect some news about it soon.

Cheers,

Mike

To clear the Blueprint cache please follow these steps:
Open Train Simulator 2013 to the Main Menu
Click on Game Settings
Click on the Tools
Click Clear Cache
Once complete please re-check Train Simulator 2013 to see if your problem persists.

"re-check" means verify the integrity of the game files, so that Steam will attempt to redownload and reinstall any missing files. Might be worth a try.

No: "re-check" means start TS2013 and see whether whatever led you to clear the cache (i.e.: delete blueprint.pak files) has resolved whatever you thought was wrong previously.

Yes, you're right, "re-check" means what you said. In any case, it's also a good idea to very the integrity of the game files through Steam.

I've been informed that the class 465 downloads now work properly, but the third party DLC (like the Connie) still hasn't been fixed. However, this morning on the Steam TS2013 forum, I read a post from someone that says that the BR Standard 2MT downloads now (for about the last week it had been suffering the same problems as the Connie and other DLC).

It looks like the downloads are working again. You might have to do a re-install of Train Simulator 2013.

Also, the filter for workshop scenarios using "AT&N Consolidation" is working properly now.
