I also have had no Steam updates, unless it was when I had the monitor off and I was asleep. I leave Steam running all the time. I leave my PC running 24/7 as well, running Folding @ Home. I did get a Steam client update yesterday, tho. But nada for RW.

Got the update without problems, but Steam sure is slow today.

Try restarting the Steam client - that started the update for me.

Don't be too impatient - this update paused in the middle for me, and as it wouldn't resume I went to bed and left it to sort itself out; when I got up this morning it had completed. I suspect it was in two stages - the first to delete folders and files, and the second to create the new folders and files. If you look at you installation during the pause, things will be missing.

My railway photos are back - you can access them from this thread viewtopic.php?f=24&t=21667a . Lots of UK steam and early diesels from the late 1950s and early 1960s.

I leave my Steam client offline as a general rule. I keep an eye on this board to see if an update is coming. I've got limited download on my internet connection (live out in the country). Sure would be nice if there was a place to see the what, when and how large for updates.

I've also noticed that updates to the steam client are pretty frequent and often lock up. Have to restart the steam client to get them to work.

Those who received updates were likely to the DLC (European) that RSC have been updating over the past few days. I haven't received any, most likely because none of the listed DLC updates are owned by me. Maybe this is why some people aren't getting them.

Makes sense. I bought TS2013 Deluxe for Sherman Hill and got the European stuff with it.

The only files I got were a couple of weather related files.
