Not at all. There was nothing running in the backround and I don't allow 100% automated updates, everything has to ask before restarting. I've been around computers since I was born (old man has owned a tech company since before I was born) and I have NEVER seen a program shut a computer down out of the blue. Bizarre.

Could be CPU related, altho if other games, and most other routes are OK, it's back to SBHH crap.

I tried an 8 core Bulldozer, and several of my games (other than RW) just refused to run at all. I swapped out the Bulldozer for a regular 4 core Phenom II and all is now well.

I have never had any issue with 3D Trains products, do you have the free versions, or the paid HD versions? What are your graphics in the game set at? Should be at 10.

Video card here is an EVGA GTX 670 with 2Gb onboard mem. Could also make a difference.

I've been using the same comp, with the same SR, with the same Nvidia drivers, doing the same stuff in RW for over a year now and this has only shown up recently.
