Yes, this, plus look at the number boards above the cab windows - they are black instead of white. I thought the texture upgrade file was suppose to correct these? Maybe I did something wrong? I dunno, still scratching my head over this one? *!question!*

That was my original release. I did release an updated texture later on making the black more black and the white more white. For others it worked...not sure why you are receiving this error.

I don't know why either. But is it possible you can copy the current fixed textures and post it on this topic, or PM him?
