I just lost all my content!! (routes, assets everything)

Based on my experience (just bought Pacific Surfliner), you should not press the install button.

The route downloaded and installed for me automatically and my Steam folder is intact.

Yep, that must've been the culprit.

All my stuff is back where it's supposed to be, including the newly purchased DLC. Now if only I had time to play the game ...

Lesson learned... So now i'm re-installing all my files Glad i saved most of my stuff..
