Even stranger...
From what I understand, the proxybin file is the one that should be referenced in the game structure, and the proxyxml is just a leftover from the creation of the proxybin. However...
If I remove just the horn proxyxml file, the sounds dont work at all. If I remove just the proxybin file, the sounds work normally. So, the proxybin file is not needed...?
