Hold the fan with your finger so you don't accidentally mess up the turbine inside that spins the fan. I clean out my pc every month or month in a half. Trust me it helps alot. DO NOT USE THE AIRHOSE! its too powerful for the pc. Hope that helps.

I break my Haf932 open every three months to 90PSI from an industrial compressor. Love to hear those fans rev up and whistle!

My bro gave me his fan after he installed his liquid cool on his. It helped my cpu temp dropped and my video card is okay.

Liquid cooling is nice. I had a liquid back when the P4's were the mainstay procs because they gave off so much heat you could fry sausage on them. I actually ran dog-safe Prestone in it and it allowed a nice bit of overclocking. But, water can be a maintenence headache. The CPU block had a clear acrylic top so you could watch the fluid circulate. That cracked after about a year and I patched it with clear epoxy. A few months after that the video card block started leaking. By that time I was on to the next gen proc that didn't get so hot so I counted it up as experience and chucked the water system.
