Conrail Chicago route problem. Frogs and junction suddenly missing ?

Whooa ! What just happened ? Been working on the route for some hours. Thought i take out an SD40-2 for a spin, and suddenly all of my switches, frogs and points are gone !

What the heck happened? I have not added anything to the sim, just been working in the route editor.

I made a search and saw this thread with a possible solution, viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3441&p=79268&hilit=missing+frogs#p79268

Im not an advanced BIN file / replace all tchuncks edit kinda guy .. Is there an easy way to get this fixed ? I cant imagine what has happened. Id rather not go back to reusing an older backup, that will cause me to loose 4 hrs of work at least ! Help please guys?

Yup, no dice. But I cant weld all the switches on this route again anyways , too many I cant think of anything that i did that would cause this. Its strange.

If you hover over the switch does it say across the bottom of the screen "Inconsistent mainline blueprint data" or something along those lines?

When I fired up the route this morning it would not load at all, a corrupt file perhaps ? I have reinstalled my latest backup and will redo the affected area. Thanks for offering to help dfcfu342

I think the usual cause of this sort of issue is a missing or corrupt track rule blueprint

Another indicator of this can be any speed signs that have been placed giving a reading of 0
