I'm hoping we can use this thread to discuss issues with the USGS National Map Viewer. I'll start with the first problem post.

I have been trying for the last couple of days, to get acquainted with ReDEM, and how it works. I ran into a problem though, when trying to use the USGS, grab data by coordinates feature. It isn't working. I get a error message saying, that my coordinates search turned up zero results. Any help for me? If it no longer works, can anyone tell me an alternate way that will work with ReDEM.

Why you not just draw a rectangle and download the data like you did with the .hgt method? You need bil(s) to run them through ReDem so the process is quite the same.
