TS2013 Not Synchronizing Scenario Completion

I searched and can't find any posts that reflect this issue. I've noticed that TS2013 is not sync-ing the completed status of scenarios between my laptop and desktop installations. Up till now this has not been an issue. I have both Steam clients set to synchronize automatically, and I can see that it's synchronizing after I exit the sim and when closing Steam, but the completed status of scenarios on one machine are not showing up in the other. TS2012 did not exhibit this behavior.
Has anyone else seen this? Is this a new "feature"?
