Steve
What are your computer specs including the video card model and VRAM (cpu, RAM, OS 32/64-bit up to date?, Video Card, HDD [% full], etc)
There is a small app called GPUZ which gives details of your video card: http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/21 ... 0.5.9.html.
It can mean thst you do not have enough video card memory on board.

Hi Peter ,

here is what I have for a system

3.2 GHZ d core CPU
6 GB Memory
Running Win 7 Ult
Asus 9800 GT video card with 528 GB memory

I don't think I have good system for RW3 , I would love to upgrade my motherboard , Video Card and Memory
this computer is over six years old .

That should be OK to run TS2012, until recently I was using a GTX 260 (very slight mod over the 9800 - the 250 was a re-badged 9800) and it ran fine.
Does dxdiag record any errors?
Sorry I can't be much more help, but that error is usually related to the gpu.

I live in Australia but I was originally from England via New Zealand.
I guess that you've cleaned up the video card and reseated it in the slot - sometimes they move slightly, but then you would get artefacts with alol of the routes.
I'm really sorry that I was unable to help you if I see a solution in the future I'll post it here.

I guess that you have verified the cache via STEAM until it comes back clean, tried without TX ticked and also set all the sliders back to medium (gradually increase to see if anyone of them creates the error). See this post: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/s ... ?t=2487799 and http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic. ... &p=1336821
One point, I would send this error message to RSC official support (http://www.railsimulator.com/support.php) as there have been one or two reports like this with RW3 and they might have an answer.
