Steve What are your computer specs including the video card model and VRAM (cpu, RAM, OS 32/64-bit up to date?, Video Card, HDD [% full], etc) There is a small app called GPUZ which gives details of your video card: http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/21 ... 0.5.9.html. It can mean thst you do not have enough video card memory on board. Regards PeterH
Steve That should be OK to run TS2012, until recently I was using a GTX 260 (very slight mod over the 9800 - the 250 was a re-badged 9800) and it ran fine. Does dxdiag record any errors? Sorry I can't be much more help, but that error is usually related to the gpu. Regards PeterH
Steven I live in Australia but I was originally from England via New Zealand. I guess that you've cleaned up the video card and reseated it in the slot - sometimes they move slightly, but then you would get artefacts with alol of the routes. I'm really sorry that I was unable to help you if I see a solution in the future I'll post it here. Regards PeterH
