Seatle Route Scenarios 2 and 3

I have downloaded all of the updates and believe that they are installed but I am unable to complete the Part 2 Scenario. I get to the point where you pick up the consist on Track 6 and then get almost coupled the rest of the cars on Track 2 and then I get an error message that two AIs have collided. The Scenario then reports something bad has happened message Part 3 will not load at all and you get the something bad has happended message. Any thoughts? I enjoy the route.

Have you:
1- cleared the blueprint cache in the Railworks launcher (under Tools)?
2- verified the local files in the Steam client?

1. Yes I did
2. Yes I have done that several times.

Still have the same problem.
