Chicago Yard problem

Hi!

I purchased few days ago GP9 add-on pack for RW3. I have problems with free roams. My game crash everytime when I try to use free roams. RW support told that I should clean and defrag cache and verify files. I have done that many times but nothing helps. I have even delete Chicago Yard and GP9 add-on many times but no success. The problem is that there is Chicago Yard.bin file which I can't get by downloading files. Could somebody send that file to me ? All scenarios seems to be OK. I try to attach screenshot below but can't do that. I attached RW_tools error message:
