I don't have this on my drive that contains Steam. I am assuming that your D: drive is the one where Steam lives.

Did you recently install or upgrade software on your D drive? From doing a quick Google search, it seems the directory RGBuild might be connected to an open source environment loader (RGLoader). If you recently installed or updated this software, can you revert or uninstall to see if it resolves your issue? It seems that something outside of Railworks / Steam is interfering with the loading of Railworks.

Are you using the DX12 version? There is a DX12 discussion on Steam, and someone wanted to know if they should use it, and I said no, as it has many problems. I use the 64-bit version, but today I thought that I would give it a try again. I selected a DTG route and scenario, and it started loading for about 30 seconds, and I got a CTD with a similar error to yours. I went back to the 64-bit version, and the scenario loaded with no issues.

Thanks for the responses. I do not use DX12 and I'm back on v75.8a but resolved the problem by deleting a scenario that was part of a freeware route package.
