Scenario markers

How do I get a scenario marker located deep underground to track level? How to tell if the scenario marker is facing front?

Just hit the marker. It will turn red, and you'll see the XYZ gizmo. Drag the marker up to the height you want. Also, when you hit the marker, you'll see a popout on the right. You can change the height in the top-center box.
