New Scenario Causes A Broken Consist Error Messages When Saving

OK, this is something that has never happened to me...... I designed a 5 bay Ortner Hopper. Went thru the buleprint editor with no errors. Went to test it on 5 different routes and kept getting a broken consist error when trying to save the new scenario. However, remove said hopper car, save, and eveything works again. In regards to the hopper, what is causing this error message? Thanks.

Hitting F2 and saving fixed it. Still no idea what caused this.........
