Problem with BLE Light Pacific

I have a problem with the BLE light Pacific in the RWA Library:for some reason, despite following all the installation instructions, the locomotive model fails to show up in the overworld, despite being listed and showing up on the map. The images below show what I mean:





Does anybody here know how to fix this? Oddly, the tender doesn’t have this issue.
